Rocky Road
Ingredients
70g butter
1 1/2 Tbsp golden syrup
100g dark chocolate
50g marshmallows
100g biscuits
handful of cranberries
Method
Chop up the marshmallows and cranberries, crush the biscuits and add them together. Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup and mix it with the other mixture. Roll it into a log and then put it into the fridge. Yum!đŸ˜€
